Manage your notifications

Gridflo keeps you posted about tasks due soon, overdue items, and reminders. You control what you hear about and where — in the app, by email, or as push notifications on your devices.

Notification settings

Open Settings from the sidebar
Select Notifications under Communication
Use the Enable Notifications switch to turn all notifications on or off at once
With notifications enabled, use the toggles to choose Email and Push per notification type — in-app notifications are always on

You can control each of these separately:

Task reminders — reminders you set on tasks
Smart reminders — AI-powered reminders
Daily summary — a short morning email with what you have on today
Marketing emails — product updates, tips, and newsletters

The Notifications page

Everything Gridflo has notified you about collects in one place. Open Notifications from the sidebar to see it. Unread notifications appear at the top with a count, followed by an Earlier section showing what you've read over the last seven days.

Mark a single notification as read from its card
Click Mark all read to clear your unread list in one go
Notifications linked to a task or other item let you jump straight to it

The unread count also appears as a badge in the sidebar, so you can see at a glance when something new is waiting.
