Create your account

You can sign up for Gridflo with your Google account, your Apple account, or an email address and password. All three work the same way once you're in.

Sign up with Google or Apple

1. Go to the Gridflo sign-up page
2. On the "Create an account" screen, choose the Google or Apple button
3. Follow the prompts to approve the sign-in

That's it — you'll land straight in your new workspace. No separate password or email verification is needed.

Sign up with email and password

1. Go to the Gridflo sign-up page
2. Enter your name, email, and a password
3. Confirm your password — a strength indicator helps you pick a strong one
4. Click "Create account"

Verify your email

After signing up with email and password, Gridflo sends a 6-digit code to your inbox. Enter the code on the "Verify your email" screen and click "Verify email". If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or click "Resend code" to get a new one.

Signing in

To sign back in, go to the sign-in page and use the same method you signed up with — Google, Apple, or your email and password. If you already have an account and land on the sign-up page, use the "Sign in" link at the bottom.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?"
2. Enter your email address and click "Send Reset Link"
3. Open the email and follow the link
4. Enter a new password and click "Reset Password"
