Reset your password

Forgot your password, or just want to change it? You can reset it from the sign-in page, or send yourself a reset link from Settings if you're already signed in.

If you can't sign in

  1. Go to the Gridflo sign-in page
  2. Click "Forgot password?"
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email
  5. Click the link in the email and set a new password

If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. The reset link expires after a short time, so be sure to use it promptly. If it has already expired, just request a new one from the sign-in page.

If you're already signed in

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar
  2. Select Security under Account
  3. In the Reset Password card, click Send Reset Password Email — the link is sent to the email address on your account
  4. Open the email and follow the link to set a new password

Signed up with Google or Apple?

If you created your account with Google or Apple sign-in, you don't need a Gridflo password to get in — just use the same sign-in button you used originally. You can see which sign-in methods are connected to your account in Settings > Security.
