Creating and editing events
You can create and manage events directly in Gridflo — no need to switch to another calendar app.
Create an event
- Open Calendar and click an empty time slot (or click and drag across a longer stretch of time).
- The Create Calendar Event panel opens with the selected time filled in.
- Give the event a Event Title, then add any details you want: Description, Location, and Attendees (one email per line).
- Adjust the Start Time and End Time, or tick All Day Event to switch to a start and end date instead.
- To make it recurring, choose a Repeat option: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or Custom.
- Save the event and it appears on your calendar right away.
If you've connected Google Calendar with 2-way sync, a Calendar dropdown also appears so you can choose which calendar the event is created in — your primary calendar is selected by default. See Connect Google Calendar.
Edit or move an event
- Click an event to open Edit Calendar Event and change any of its details, or delete it.
- Drag an event to a new time or day, or drag its edge to make it longer or shorter.
- Right-click an event for quick actions like edit and delete.
For recurring events, Gridflo asks whether your change should apply to just that occurrence or to the whole series.
Read-only events
Events from a synced calendar that doesn't have 2-way sync enabled are read-only: clicking one opens View Calendar Event, and they can't be dragged or edited. To edit those events from Gridflo, open Sync Settings and turn on Enable 2-way sync for that calendar.
